Addicted Culture Return Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy
- The full amount will be credited to the original tender (i.e. credit card) if returned or exchanged within 21 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
- After 21 days, sale product is not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
- Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition to be accepted as a return or exchange. All original tags must still be attached.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Please contact customer service at customerservice@addictedculture.net to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Making a Return
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized. To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at customerservice@addictedculture.net to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA number will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $8.99 for return shipping.
Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RA number and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
