What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and payment via PayPal.  Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be ADDICTEDCULTURE.NET, or ADDICTED CULTURE, LLC. Addicted Culture LLC is the legal name of our company.

Will my order be taxed?

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address.

Can I pay by check/money order?
Not at this time.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time. Our telephone staff is dedicated to customer service only. 

How do I know which size to purchase?

We offer size charts for all clothing. This will help guide you in determining which size to purchase. Click HERE to view our size charts.

How do you ship your orders?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country when you go through checkout. If you have any further questions, please email us at orders@addictedculuture.net.

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Addicted Culture, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

How do I track my package?

Priority Mail comes with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number.

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.

For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package.

Can I return an Item?

Yes. Please view our Return Policy.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Addicted Culture. If you received the wrong item or the item we sent you is damaged, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@addictedculture.net and we will take care of it.

What if an item is out of stock?

We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?

No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at retail@addictedculture.net. Please include your contact information and what store you are purchasing for.
